Returns
Our policy lasts 3 days. If
3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a
refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a
return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received
it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will refund the amount in case a transaction is failed due to any
reason directly caused by Navneet communication. Once Navneet communication a
relevant confirmation from the payment gateway, a proper refund will be
processed to the user’s bank account and it will take 3-4 days working days to
reflect form the date for transaction. Confirmation about the same will be notified
to the user’s registered Email id. Kindly note, a refund will be processed only
for the transaction amount, and not for any payment gateway charges or
applicable taxes.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is
received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be
processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original
method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if
applicable)
If you haven’t received a
refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card
company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some
processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have
not received your refund yet, please contact us at helpdesk@navnirmitindia.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items
may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if
they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, send us an email at helpdesk@navnirmitindia.com.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If your payment is debited but your transaction is showing failed, in this case, your amount would be refunded by your bank within 3 working days. Refunds will be processed in the same UPI or credited back to the original payment method. If your payment transaction is successful but you did not received the product, in such case, you can mail us at helpdesk@navnirmitindia.com to get the product or refund. You need to attach payment screenshot or share unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number. If you have already received product after doing successfully transaction, in such case, you are not eligible to get your payment reverse or refund. We can not accept liability if payment is refused or not reaching the correct account number due to quoting the incorrect the incorrect information.
